Great little spot for breakfast. Everyone is very friendly, both staff and pattons. I usually sit at the counter and meet at least one new person every time. The food is good too, wonderful biscuits and gravy!

Great spot for breakfast and lunch if you're in Buena Vista! There's a couple vegan options, many veggie options and classics for omnivores. It's a cute place and service is very friendly. Patio seating available, it's a popular spot so parking can be tight!

Cute lil place to stop off at before leaving town. Very friendly service as well as a unique atmosphere with art for sale on the walls. Kind of small, but I think that gives it a nice mountain town charm. Try the French toast!

Save your time and money.. So we waited for over an hour for our breafast. When we asked why they said they push out the quick orders like bisquites and gravy first... When we finally received the food it was wrong... The wait staff had discovered their mistake and just poured more gravy to cover up the hollandaise. It was a saucy disgusting mess .. When we brought it to their attention they said "it is not their fault they would never do that" I'm here to say I will never eat there again ..and this is like the third time we have had poor service and food here .....save yourself the agro GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!!!

Stopped in one day for coffee, loved the atmosphere, the service, and the great recommendations from the staff about hiking options so much that we came back the next day for breakfast! And glad about it! Great options for veggies. Hollandaise sauce is perfection. Putting this on my map to definitely come back next time I'm in this part of the world.

I absolutely love the Evergreen. The atmosphere is inviting and the local staff take good care of you and address you by name as you are served. The food is top notch, especially the cinnamon rolls and pulled pork for lunch. I raft guide in the valley over the summers and every off day, I return to evergreen. I just love it!

Stopped here for breakfast on our way to Australia. Stop me if you've already heard: great food, great service, super friendly folks. Wife got the breakfast burrito with green chili. OMG wow that was the best breaky burrito we've ever had. Highly recommend.

Busy breakfast joint in the lovely city of BV. Small place with a diner style counter. Friendly staff even when slammed busy on a Sunday. We shared the pork green chili bowl. High quality ingredients and tasty food. Portions were on the small side and a touch expensive. coffee was local roasted and tasty.

Old school diner seating as well as a pretty crowded dining room. Food is awesome and the south west options are particularly tasty.

We end up at this adorable little cafe. I got their Colorado Burger and it was genuinely one of the best burgers I have ever had in my life. Perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection.

Multiple vegan options to choose from, which is awesome given the location. It's worth going out of your way to stop in here for breakfast!

An excellent find on our Colorado Road trip! Their biscuits are soft and fluffy and their gravy has delicious bits of sausage in it. Love that they try to keep their ingredients local, hormone/antibiotic free, and scratch made!

I had the breakfast special with 2 eggs over easy, bacon, home fries and toast for $5. Very good.

Great service and food, for both the vegetarian and the carnivore in the group. As the veggie, I had many options, including a nightshade free beet burger. Left full and happy, as did the carnivore, who had as pulled pork and green chili meal. We will return next time we are in the area.

Great spot for a bite to eat near Red Rocks. Food and service were both wonderful. We especially enjoyed the homemade chips, guac and salsa.

The food was great and very inexpensive. Even with the place being packed for late breakfast/early lunch we received our food very quickly. The only issue came when we were trying to pay. The staff was very confused that my party of four wanted our check split and they seemed very overwhelmed while ringing us out. I would definitely stop here again if I'm in the area.

Amazing! Boyfriend and I are staying at Mt Princeton and decided to try breakfast here. Our expectations were beyond surpassed. Great food, friendly staff, quick service, and not to mention DELICIOUS food! We liked it so much were going back in the morning on our way back to Denver, and will plan to get breakfast here every time we come to the hot springs which is at least once a year. Thank you for being so awesome!

This place is truly a "joint". Barb (the owner), runs the grill - at least on the Sunday morning we visited. We sat at the counter and watched the show - Barb cooking up every breakfast creation, and her servers navigating the small walkway behind the counter to deliver breakfast to the customers. The food is good. The service can be slow if it's really busy, but if you sit at the counter, it's fun to watch and time goes by pretty quick.

I chose the breakfast burger which was hands down the best burger I have ever had. My husband chose a make your own burger and he loved his also. He even claimed it's better than my burgers. Lol We were very impressed that we were able to find a home cooked meal while on our trip.

The staff here is awesome the food is excellent the restaurant was perfectly clean. I recommend everybody eat here. Thank you for a wonderful meal.

The servers are super nice. The food was great. Didn't have to wait long at all. The cafe was super clean. Looked very good. The workers work really well with each other. Best cafe I've ever been too.

Clean, fast and great service. All home made. They accommodated our diet. The omlette feast was amazing with apples and roasted tomatoes. The rest of our party got amazing biscuits and gravy. The carrot cake muffin and blueberry pancakes are a good choice as well.

Great service, they let me order a half order of eggs Benedict. Very yummy and cozy place, no loud annoying music either! Reasonably priced too.The only downside was that the muffin was difficult to cut and a bit hard.

Food is as cheap as the price, pre mixed biscuits and gravy, just add water. Everything is microwaved to be heated up. Owner is vial and gross, had me serve biscuits with mold on them, only allows a few towels per shift, has black mold under the kitchen sink and the entire building is just gross and falling apart. For your physical health don't eat here, for your mental health don't work here.

Grandma's house (the one who can cook) mated with an all American greasy spoon. Great comfort breakfast food and the staff make you feel like you're home. Everything is make made from scratch and they know how to cook an egg right! Sit at the counter and jaw with the staff or grab a table with friends...but what ever you do TRY THE CINNAMON ROLLS!

The food was good but such a small place that I couldn't hear my friend talk because they cram so many people in a small space. There was seating out side on the highway, but the traffic was noisy. They have a good reputation for great food, they need to expand the restaurant.

Love the atmosphere of employees and regulars enjoying each other in the smaller, funkier, older building that screams not corporate! Attentive personable service while the menu and item descriptions reveals that perhaps someone cares about what they serve their guests? Yes, I think so, and enthusiastically look forward to an annual visit when I come for some whitewater rafting on the worlds most rafted river, the Arkansas. Cheers to the pride of a small business owner and what truly makes America great!

Delicious! The homemade Cinnamon Roll was fantastic, fresh with a perfect amount of frosting. The poached eggs, were cooked the best I've ever had. The green chili was chunky goodness!

I had been eyeing this place for the 4 or 5 days I was camping in the area and finally decided to try it. The breakfast menu looked very good with lots of great options. I went with the pork bowl which was really good. I personally would like a little more heat with the green chili but that’s being picky. Would love to try some more of the menu next time I’m in the area. Friendly staff.
